Put on Your Womens Leotards and Get Aerobic!

Summer is fast approaching, and that means short shorts, bathing suits and lazy days outdoors and at the beach. Aerobic exercise is a fun way to get fit, and best of all, there’s no need to take out gym membership or sign up for fitness classes – you can do it at home in your comfy womens leotards. Schedule a regular time to exercise, and away you go!

Depending on your fitness level and age, you should do aerobic exercise 3 to 5 times a week for 20 to 60 minutes to get your heart pumping and really strengthen your lungs, muscles and immune system – and lose weight and shed stress while you’re at it.

One of the best ways to get aerobic exercise is to use a stationary bike or treadmill – and you can watch television or listen to music while you’re at it. You can also try kick boxing, dancing, using a trampoline, or whatever you enjoy most – aerobic videos are a great aid and motivator.

When you’ve finished working out, step out into the night in a black dress and some sheer tights and feel great!
